LED Packaging Technologies
Owing to its full-cycle production, AYMA is capable of producing LED modules utilizing a variety of LED packaging technologies
on the PCB board. This provides the flexibility to tailor products to individual customer needs right in the production process.
SMD
(Surface Mounted Device)
Individual diodes in packages are soldered onto the board, leaving them exposed. They can be further protected with a grid mask for basic mechanical protection or with GOB (Glue on Board) technology for moisture resistance.
COB
(Chip on Board)
LED chips (without packages) are attached directly to the printed circuit board and coated with a transparent protective compound. As a result, it features high pixel density, a wide viewing angle, and uniform light emission.
MIP
(Micro integrated Package)
The newest hybrid technology. Ultra-small LED chips (Micro LEDs) are individually packaged into microscopic casings and placed onto the board. This makes it highly serviceable. A protective
coating is also often applied.
LED Lamps
By combining direct cooperation with leaders in LED manufacturing and our own full production cycle, AYMA gains maximum freedom in
developing LED products. We create LED modules using various printing technologies, such as SMD, IMD, COB or MIP, which can be
customized to your tasks, adhering to specified characteristics and protection levels by (GOB/HOB masks), whether it's brightness, contrast, or refresh rate.

(Surface Mounted Device)
SMD (Surface Mounted Device) is a classic and mature technology where
individual red, green, and blue (RGB) semiconductor chips are mounted directly onto the surface of a printed circuit board to form a single pixel. Its compact, leadless design enables a high density of pixels, making it an ideal and versatile "workhorse" for creating high-detail video displays of any size and purpose, from advertising billboards and digital signage to event screens and corporate installations. MIP Lamps
(Micro integrated Package)
MIP (Micro Integrated Package) is an evolutionary advancement of SMD technology. It features a micro-scale package with a higher degree of integration, where the semiconductor chips are reliably encapsulated, providing a more advanced and protected packaging for the LED chips.
This technology is engineered for projects where there is no room for compromise in picture quality, making it the preferred choice for ultra-high-density (Fine Pitch) premium LED displays used in television studios,
control rooms, corporate centers, and any location where the viewer is in close proximity to the screen. MIP offers superior performance with minimal
parameter variation between pixels for perfectly uniform color, reduced energy consumption, enhanced protection against environmental factors, and a simplified assembly process.

LED Modules
AYMA Company manages the full production cycle of LED modules. Control every stage: from the design of printed circuit boards and chip selection to final assembly and testing. We are capable of manufacturing all three key types of LED modules: rigid modules, flexible modules or custom-shaped modules offering the client not just a finished product, but a comprehensive, perfectly tailored solution.
We employ advanced protection against moisture, dust, and UV radiation (with a rating of up to IP65), which is critical for outdoor use and extreme conditions. Furthermore, the well-thought-out board design and the use of materials with high thermal conductivity
prevent the LEDs from overheating.
Rigid Modules
The production of rigid LED modules is based on
high-quality materials that ensure a perfectly flat screen surface.
We employ advanced protection against moisture, dust, and UV radiation (with a rating of up to IP65), which is critical for outdoor use and extreme conditions. Furthermore, the well-thought-out board design and the use of materials with high thermal conductivity
prevent the LEDs from overheating.
Flexible Modules
We utilize an advanced polyimide substrate that provides exceptional flexibility and durability, enabling the creation of complex curved forms.
We employ advanced protection against moisture, dust, and UV radiation (with a rating of up to IP65), which is critical for outdoor use and extreme conditions. Furthermore, the well-thought-out board design and the use of materials with high thermal conductivity
prevent the LEDs from overheating.
Custom-Shaped Modules
When a standard screen isn't suitable, AYMA creates custom-designed modules: pixel lines, triangles, hexagons, and other shapes for unique media installations.
Mounting & Cabinets
One of our key production cycles involves mounting LED modules into various types of cabinets, as well as installing modules on rails. We offer multiple mounting solutions, including magnetic attachment, bolt fixation, and a quick-lock system. Further more, we can customize cabinets to support different service access types: front maintenance, rear maintenance, or combined front-and-rear maintenance.
On Frame
Instead of bulky cabinets, a lightweight rail-based structure (aluminum profile) is used. This allows for the creation of lightweight, non standard shapes (such as curved screens). Rail modules are typically bolted directly to the profile through mounting holes on their housing. However, special magnetic adapters are also available.
Rental Cabinets
Cabinets designed for frequent assembly and disassembly at events and for rental purposes. They feature ultra-fast and simple installation, utilizing modules with neodymium magnets or
a quick-lock cabinet system.
Fixed Cabinets
Сabinets are designed for permanent installation. They primarily use
screw-fastening mechanisms but are also compatible with neodymium magnets. The top priority is reliability and precise positioning, ensuring the LED display remains securely in place after installation.
